After rapid scale, creative performance stalled and audience fatigue rose — acquisition efficiency dropped while CPMs climbed. The objective was to restore sustainable customer acquisition at scale and expand into underserved female segments.

Core Insight
Existing creative relied on over-polished product messaging. Opportunity: shift to authentic, empathy-led narratives addressing hormone-related sleep issues, like menopause and hot flashes, to engage a large, high-intent female segment.
Creative Examples
Format: 30-second direct-response video for Meta, YouTube, and TV.
Performance data pointed to an opportunity with an underserved female audience. My strategy was to test a direct, empathetic narrative, engineering this ad to address a specific pain point - disrupted sleep from hormonal changes like hot flashes - to unlock a new, scalable customer segment.

The static ads were designed to reinforce the video campaign's core message while isolating specific benefits. Each creative used benefit-driven copy—like "Fewer hot flashes, even fewer wake ups"—and introduced key features like the new Autopilot mode to drive high-intent clicks and conversions.

The opportunity was to evolve from a generic creator-led model to a multi-layered “Brand Ecosystem” — combining founder-led authority, transparent factory footage, and targeted campaigns built around trending customer pain points.

The Challenge
The task was to launch a new, luxury D2C wellness brand in a saturated market. The core challenge was to develop a brand identity from the ground up that could communicate a unique, dual-ingredient value proposition - a blend of nootropic mushrooms and wildcrafted Japanese sea moss—while feeling as elevated and refined as a luxury skincare brand
Core Insight
To stand out, the brand couldn't just look like another supplement. The insight was to leverage the most unique element—the Japanese sea moss—to create a distinct narrative rooted in "botanical intelligence" and purity. The strategy was to build an entire brand world inspired by Japanese minimalism, which informed everything from the name "OERA" to the earthy colour palette and intentional, uncluttered packaging.

High-achievers were overwhelmed by “wellness fatigue.” They didn’t need another app — they needed an effortless, integrated experience. The opportunity was to reframe Exhale from another mindfulness tool into an “ambient wellness” system that fits seamlessly into daily life, driving both adoption and retention.
